There are so many reasons to love SUP – it’s such a fun way to explore, soak up the beauty of nature and move your body, but most of all I always feel at peace, calm and restored as I glide barefoot across the water.

Hugely accessible whatever your age, fitness and skill level, Stand Up (or sit down!) Paddleboarding or SUP is great exercise for your body and it's great for the mind and soul too!
SUP is a full body work out and has incredible benefits to improve your core strength, which builds muscles to help support your spine and maintain balance. It's a low-impact exercise that's easy on your joints, making it a great option for people of all ages and fitness levels.
SUP is widely acknowledged to restore balance, relieve stress and calm the mind. It requires focus and being on the water naturally brings cognitive benefits associated with positive mood and restorativeness. It's therefore no surprise that SUP yoga is also increasingly popular.

Love being on the water? Want to build confidence, improve your paddle skills, and connect with an incredible community of women?
Our SUP Club bundles give you the chance to paddle more, pay less, and enjoy complete flexibility across the season.
How it works:
✔️ Buy your bundle and we will send you a disocunt code by email
✔️Choose your dates (April – September) – there’s no time limit using your sessions or on booking, but please be aware some sessions may fill up
✔️ Can be used for SUP Club (at Vobster Quay), and NEW monthly SUP Socials (at Wanstrow)
✔️ Transferable sessions – just give me a heads-up if you need to switch datesor you want to bring a friend
✔️ Can’t make a session? You can even transfer your session to a friend or family member as long as you let me know

SUP Club community
Want to build confidence, improve your skills and paddle with other women? We offer a weekly SUP club at Vobster Quay, which includes a mixture of paddle skills, games, nature connection, relaxation and fun in a relaxed, beautiful, safe location.
SUP Club is held on Mondays, 3 times per month, and SUP Yoga is held on 1 Monday per month.
Open to all women and no prior yoga or SUP experience is required, just an open mind! If you do feel you would like to gain skills and build confidence first however, we also offer beginner and improvers sessions aswell as SUP adventures and river trips on the Avon.
