Join us for a nourishing and restorative full moon sauna and cold plunge at the beautiful and tranquil Vallis Farm.
This is a relaxed, sociable, gathering centred around contrast therapy, community and slowing down under the moonlight - expect heat, cold, cosy lanterns and plenty of time to chat and unwind.
No prior sauna or cold water experience is needed, go at your own pace and be supported and guided by Rhiannon.
