Join us for a dedicated two-hour session designed to prepare you—physically and mentally—for getting back on your board!


This SUP-focused yoga mini retreat will help you build:

✅ Leg & Core Strength – Engage and activate the muscles you need for stability and endurance on the water.

✅ Balance & Focus – Improve coordination and confidence for smoother paddling.

✅ Upper Body Flexibility & Strength – Enhance mobility and power for paddling efficiency.

✅ Breathwork for Calm & Focus – Stay steady and present, both on and off the board.

✅ Nature Connection – Fingers crossed, we’ll take this session outside!
